Directions to Sachs Insights:

From Penn Station: Take the #1 Downtown train to the Houston Street stop.

From Grand Central Station: Take the Shuttle West to Times Square, then transfer to the #1 Downtown train to the Houston Street stop.

From Newark, JFK and LaGuardia Airports: Your best bet is to take a taxi. Tell the driver to take you to the Southeast corner of West Houston and Varick (Varick is an extension of 7th Avenue South). Allow yourself at least 45 minutes from all airports (during rush hour allow 1 hour, 15 minutes).

From Newark Airport and New Jersey: Head East on I-78 (NJ Turnpike Extension) all the way into the Holland Tunnel (pay toll). Coming out of the tunnel, follow signs for North and Midtown -not Canal St. -to Van Dam St. Turn right on Van Dam, left on 6th Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) and left onto West Houston. There is parking on the south side of Houston Street on the corner of Hudson Street

From LaGuardia Airport and points in Queens: Take the Grand Central Parkway West to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE/I-278) heading West, to the Long Island Expressway (L.I.E./I-495). Follow the L.I.E. into the Midtown Tunnel (pay toll). Coming out of the tunnel, bear left for downtown, then follow the signs for 2nd Avenue. Take a right onto 2nd Avenue and continue all the way downtown to Houston Street. Take a right on Houston and follow several blocks to Varick St. (At 6th Avenue you must bear slightly left to continue onto West Houston.) There is a parking garage on the left side of Houston Street, on the corner of Hudson Street.

From JFK and points in Brooklyn: Take the Van Wyck Expressway heading towards New York to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) West. Follow the LIE into the Midtown Tunnel (pay toll). Coming out of the tunnel, bear left for downtown, then follow the signs for 2nd Avenue. Take a right onto 2nd Avenue and continue all the way downtown to Houston Street. Take a right on Houston and follow several blocks to Varick St. (At 6th Avenue you must bear slightly left to continue onto West Houston.) There is a parking garage on the left side of Houston Street, on the corner of Hudson Street.

From Connecticut: Take the Merritt Parkway South towards New York City. From the Merritt, take the Cross County Parkway South. From the Cross County take the Saw Mill Parkway South. From the Saw Mill, take the Henry Hudson Parkway South. Follow the Henry Hudson into Manhattan. After 56th Street, it is called the West Side Highway. Continue on the West Side Highway to 23rd Street. Go left onto 23rd Street. Follow 23rd Street to 7th Avenue. Go right on 7th Avenue, take it to Houston Street. For parking, make a right on Houston Street and go one block to Hudson Street. There is parking on the corner of Hudson Street and Houston Street.

From Westchester: Take the Saw Mill Parkway South to New York City. From the Saw Mill, take the Henry Hudson Parkway South. Follow the Henry Hudson into Manhattan. After 56th Street, it is called the West Side Highway. Continue on the West Side Highway to 23rd Street. Go left onto 23rd Street. Follow 23rd Street to 7th Avenue. Go right on 7th Avenue, take it to Houston Street. For parking, make a right on Houston Street and go one block to Hudson Street. There is parking on the corner of Hudson Street and Houston Street.

From PATH service to the Christopher Street Station: Exit station. Turn left onto Christopher Street. Walk ½ of a block & turn right onto Hudson Street. Walk downtown to Houston Street. Turn left onto Houston Street. Walk one block to Varick St. (Varick is an extension of 7th Avenue South). Sachs Insights is located at 200 Varick, which is the building on the southeast corner of West Houston and Varick; entrance is on Varick Street.

From PATH service to the 9th Street Station: Exit station. Turn right onto 9th Street. Walk 1/8 of a block & turn left on to 6th Avenue/ Avenue of the Americas. Walk downtown to Houston Street. Turn right onto Houston Street. Walk one block to Varick St. (Varick is an extension of 7th Avenue South).
